Rolex Submariner Date Hulk Ref. 116610LV - "Very good" condition - Fullset

This Rolex Submariner Date, reference 116610LV, known as the “Hulk”, dates from 2015. It is a German full set, delivered new in Germany, with box, papers and all accessories, in perfect condition.

Rolex introduced the 116610LV in 2010. It was the first Submariner with both a green dial and a green Cerachrom bezel, and collectors quickly named it the “Hulk”. The green sunburst dial shifts from bright emerald to almost black depending on the light. It is matched by the green ceramic bezel, whose platinum-coated graduations stay scratch-resistant and fade-proof. The 40 mm Oystersteel case has the broad lugs and crown guards of the “Super Case” generation. It comes on the Oyster bracelet with the Glidelock extension system, which adjusts the length without tools.

Inside is Rolex’s calibre 3135, one of the most reliable automatic movements ever made, with a Parachrom hairspring and around 48 hours of power reserve. It is water resistant to 300 m.

Rolex discontinued the Hulk in 2020, when it was replaced by the 126610LV with a black dial, which makes the green-dial version a modern classic. German full set from 2015, in perfect condition.
