How do I buy a watch from Lieblingskapital?
Tell us which watch you are interested in, by phone, e-mail or message. We send you a binding offer by e-mail and hold it for five working days. As soon as you confirm it in writing, the purchase is agreed. There is no online checkout: every sale is made in a personal conversation.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer in advance, by credit card or with PayPal. In individual cases we can also agree on payment in cash.
What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free. We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days after receiving payment. Delivery within Germany then takes another 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Can I return a watch?
Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason. You bear the direct cost of sending it back. The details are in our General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
What warranty do I get?
Every watch comes with our one-year warranty. It starts on the day you receive the watch and is valid within the European Union. It covers the watch with the exception of a leather strap, the crystal, the crown, pushers, valves and a battery; it does not cover water resistance, wear or improper handling. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The full conditions are on our Warranty page.
Are the watches original?
Yes. We sell only 100% original watches. Each listing states the condition of the watch and whether it comes with its box and papers.
What do "Fullset" and "Watch only" mean?
"Fullset" means the watch comes with its original box and papers. "Watch only" means it comes without them. Where only some of them are present, the listing names them.
How can I sell my watch to you?
Send us photos of your watch and what you know about it through the form on Sell your watch, or on WhatsApp or Instagram. Tell us whether you still have the box, the papers and any purchase or service invoices. We review what you send and come back to you with an offer.

The Fund is our archive of exceptional and rare watches we have sold. If one of them catches your eye, let us know, and we will try our best to find a similar watch for you.
