Pro Hunter is a London-based Rolex customiser known for giving Rolex sports models a matte black DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating. The look draws on the all-black military Submariners of the past. The 226570 is the current Explorer II, introduced in 2021 for the model's 50th anniversary. It has a 42 mm Oyster case, a fixed 24-hour bezel and the orange 24-hour hand. These make it a true expedition tool, built to tell day from night in caves or at the poles. Inside is Rolex's calibre 3285, with around 70 hours of power reserve and Superlative Chronometer certification. It is water resistant to 100 m.
