Rolex Day-Date Ref. 128458TBR - "NEW / UNWORN" - First german owner - Fullset

This Rolex Day-Date 36, reference 128458TBR, comes in 18 karat yellow gold with a turquoise-blue dial and violet baguette-cut gemstone hour markers. The bezel is set with baguette-cut diamonds, and the lugs and case sides with diamonds. It is new and unworn, from its first German owner, and comes as a full set with box and papers, on a turquoise leather strap.

Rolex launched the Day-Date in 1956 as the first wristwatch to show the day of the week spelt out in full, in a window at twelve o'clock, and makes it only in gold and platinum. The current 36 mm generation runs on the self-winding calibre 3255 with around 70 hours of power reserve, and the Oyster case is water resistant to 100 m.
