OTSUKA LOTEC 7.5 Ref. 7.5 - "Very good" condition - Fullset
This is an Otsuka Lotec No. 7.5 from 2025, offered as a complete set with box, papers and all accessories.
Otsuka Lotec is the Tokyo workshop of independent watchmaker Jiro Katayama, known for bringing his love of analogue instruments into watchmaking and drawing on vintage film cameras and cinema lenses for inspiration. The No. 7.5 shows this clearly. Its dial takes its cues from vintage 8mm turret cameras, with three lens-like apertures showing a jumping hour, rotating minutes and running seconds. The result is a mechanical, almost steampunk look unlike anything else on the wrist.
The 40 mm steel case houses a Miyota calibre 82S5 automatic movement. Katayama fits it with a module developed together with Precision Watch Tokyo, a collaboration between Japanese makers and craftsmen. Production is very small, and Otsuka Lotec pieces are hard to find on the market.
Full set from 2025. A rare piece of Japanese independent watchmaking for collectors who want something truly different.
